Hi, my name is Laura, I have been living in Cape Town for 2 and a half years. I love the active lifestyle and of course the weather in Cape Town. I am a qualified personal trainer and I have an online fitness business (www.bodyzone.ie), I am a part time sports model.   1. Never miss a Monday. It sets you off on the right note for the week ahead.

  2. Keep hydrated. Drink 2 litres of water a day.

  3. Keep changing your routine. The body responds well to the unknown. Plus it’s fun.

  4. Train with a friend. Healthy competition is motivating and challenges each other.

  5. Diet is key but everything in moderation.
